3-Day 2-Night Berastagi Hiking Tour

Day 1 : Medan - Berastagi (LD)
Upon arrival at
Medan's Polonia airport, you will be met by our representative and be brought
around Medan for a city tour to visit the Museum, Maimoon Palace, the Grand
Mosque (Mesjid Raya), and Eastern Mountain temple (Vihara Gunung Timur). Lunch
at local restaurant and transfer to Berastagi in the Karo highlands. Upon
arrival, visit the fruit market and Gundaling Hill to view active volcanoes Mt
Sibayak and Mt Sinabung. Then check into the hotel. If time and weather
permit, an optional dip in the sulphurous hot springs at own expense may be
arranged. Dinner & overnight in Berastagi.
Day 2 : Berastagi Hiking (BLD)
After
breakfast, our tour escort will bring you to hike Mt Sibayak (2.154 m) which
will take up one full day. Lunch box will be served during the hike. Return to
hotel for dinner and overnight rest.
Day 3 : Berastagi - Medan (B)
After
breakfast, depart for Medan and upon arrival, transfer to Polonia airport for
the flight to your next destination.
